Anyone awake! Spotting question!!!

Hi everyone! I'm currently cycle day 19 as of midnight. I have been cramping and having a lower back ache tonight. And when I wiped I had some light pinkish/red spotting. I also have been getting a "high fertility" reading with the flashing smiley face for the past 4 days. (Never had it be pos that many days in a row) It never switched to "peak." A little background. I'm 30. Have always had reg periods 27-30 days. TTC for 13 months. We did clomid 100 mg this cycle days 3-7. Ok so what do you guys think? Could this be implantation bleeding?! I have read that pregancy can cause false pos ovulation tests. I'm trying so hard not to worry or get my hopes up. If I'm not pregant then why would I be spotting. I've never in my 16 yrs of having periods had mid cycle spotting or a cycle that started earlier than 26 days. Any thoughts??
