could hubby's aunt know im preg b4 me?!?! any1 with similar experience?

Ok...so to begin with I have a irregular cycle and dont wanna get my hopes up and then get heart broken.....so I just had dinner with my in laws, and my hubby's aunt was there also and kept bring up #3...asking if we will have a 3rd etc! no1 knows were trying, so I just brush everything off. but im very curious. ..could she "sense" that I already am? like the way some animals "sense" things?? af was 7th and got a BFN on the 8th....still no sign of af....my boobs hurt slighty and nipples r sensitive...ive been more tired (which isnt an af sign)!

any1 else have a similar experience??
