Birth control while pregnant!?

Question

I recently found out I'm 9weeks 3 days pregnant. I was taking birth control to regulate my period because I went two months without one. I started my pack the beginning of May I found out I was pregnant the end of May. Which I've now known about my pregnancy for 2 weeks now. Which means I was taking birth control for 4weeks while pregnant ! Can that effect my baby?

I don't think it will be a problem.  Birth control is just hormones which your body is producing in increased amounts during pregnancy anyway.

I'm sure everything will be ok. I took fertility medicine to try and get pregnant not knowing i was already pregnant and our baby boy is as healthy as could be. In the beginning the baby has it's own yolk sac and isn't getting everything from your body, like with the placenta. I would def check with your doc as they may be able to do extra screening on ultra sound or health checks. Try and stay calm and stress free though as that WILL have an effect on baby. Id stop taking it because there can be effects tl the baby and its not meant to be taken whilst pregs!!!

I started the birth control in April ended on May 10th*
