I neeedddd help please answer!!!

Please help this AF was ur "typical" AF it was only two- three days first it was cramping and back pain with redish pink flowish spotting thing and today is like spotting pink and brown. I had a chemical pregnancy back in march and had a normal cycle in april soo idk what do yiu think???
