How do you track your bbt?

bbt?" /> Do you set an alarm and take it at the same time? Or do you take it as soon as you wake up regardless of the time?

I set my tablet alarm at 5 am every day and take my bbt and then drift off back to dreamland.

roughly the same time, give or take an hour. I've found it too difficult for me.  I'm constantly waking in the night for a drink. when I wake up in the morning, my mouth is too dry 2 temp before drink
