Are cramps a bad or good sign?

Question

Hi ladies, I'm
​10dpo today and since 9dpo afternoon have had on/off cramps in my uterus, it's like a period cramp but not painful, just enought for me to notice its there. I never have period pains until the day before I'm due on so it's too early for period pains as never had them that early but also never experienced cramps with my last two pregnancies (I misscarried those two)??

I have also been having cramps for over a week now and af is 9 days late. Tested yesterday and it was a bfn.

I had mild AF cramps & it was a good sign for me ?

​But I always get those pains before period so I didn't think I was pregnant at all! I always have sore boobs & AF cramps before period,I had no other symptoms to indicate pregnancy

Cramps could be signs of both: AF or pregnancy..... You aren't able to tell which is which.... So wait. Only time will show! Be patient and test if AF is 1 week late. Good luck!

I am also having the same cramps like you aftr my ovulation uptil now n my Af Date is 14th n I even dnt hav cramps for periods this early..dnt knw whats happening.

I never used to get cramps, but for the past few months I notice them starting around 4 or 5 dpo. Not pregnant yet :( but- I have also read lots of posts where people said they had cramps and were pregnant :) so I think they can be both.
