Humour me a little....

Okay so this is probably a little silly but I'm 7dpo and am feeling a little strange! last night I went from feeling like I was getting a cold and feeling really cold to feeling hot and like I was going to throw up! I just thought, great in getting sick but woke up fine this morn! I have so many pimples atm, I normally might get 1 during my period but never a face full and I also had a dream that my boobs had gotten bigger and the veins were visible! I'm probably just thinking bout it to much right?
