4 light period-like days starting 4dpo??

I read up on it and have seen that some people experience IB in this way and it's much more common than you'd think. I'm like clock work, so this is incredibly weird. Please tell me someone else has experienced this? Another theory I have is being that I'm married to a woman and haven't been with a man in almost 10 years maybe it's my body going crazy because of the sperm??? Help!
