Low sperm count

Okay so my fiance has a low sperm count due to steroids use over the years, we have already fallen pregnant before (6 months ago) but had to terminate due to my own medical problems nothing to do with his sperm. now we've been trying since December last year and nothing is happening. I have had my blood taken everything is normal.l but sometimes my period comes a week to a few days early it has even been over a week late. we did a pregnancy test 2 months ago and it said positive but to find out it was a false reading. does anyone have any tips? we're using pre seed lube , always 100% clean before we have sex and always making sure are sex are sex is intimate and not boring. helpppp:( we're loosing hope and don't know else we can do
