Help please?? Ovulation situationnnn

Hope everyone is well!
I posted yesterday that I took a Clearblue ovulation test. It came out flashing high fertility but then I logged it and it said I took an ovulation test and it was negative.
I thought is entered it wrong so reentered it. Still said negative.
The clearblue instructions said take the ovulation test again in the morning. So I did... And it read this....
flashing again!
Logged it again and it still said negative on glow log.
Can someone please tell me am I ovulating? Belly is weirdly risen too. I've got the tiniest bump.
My husband and I have been TTC this is the second month now. So not long. We normally try from the day after AF finishes.
Looking forward to any responses...
