Ladies please help. Yesterday I took my temp at 12pm and it was 98.11. Today I had to take my temp at 7am and it was 97.53! I used that website where you can put in the time you usually temp and the time you temped that morning to see what your temp would really be.. 
then I tried it the other way round, where I converted yesterday's 12pm temp to a 7am temp and then my chart changed to this.. 
if you understand what I mean then please answer because I'm in such a starte over this!
Firstly, I swapped my 7am one and converted it to a 12pm temp and so my chart then looked like this
