Should I go to my doctor?

I'm 18 years old , soon to be 18 and been ttc for 12months. On month 11 (last cycle I got pregnant but miscarried very early - chemical pregnancy) me and DB have never used protection. I seem to ovulate fine and bang on time every month but I haven't got my bfp yet! Apart from last months chemical. I'm currently 3dpo so IM going to finish this cycle before I do anything but if AF arrives this cycle should I go to the doctor?
