18 dpo neg hpt no AF
Hi, I was just wondering, if you ovulate do you definitely get a period? I took femara, did ovulation test and got the "happy face" 19 days ago. No Signs of AF yet, took 3 hpt all neg. any ideas what could be going on? Thanks! :)
