I was on depo for about a year and a half. I've been off of the shot for 6months. my boyfriend and I are trying to conceive for a couple months. if anyone has any tips please let me know!!

I was on it for a year took me 6 months to get my period back on track make sure your hormones are on a good level get it checked by a gyno! Take lots of vitamins and drink plenty of water!

I was on it a year and a half been off it for 7 months. best advice is just relax and keep calm.
