I don't have morning sickness but I am nauseated all the time and most food has been making my stomach hurt and I found that a good bland and healthy meal for breakfast is oatmeal and butter toast.

Nothin worked when I was pregnant with my daughter.  The only thing that eased my symptoms with my son was pickles.  It was the only thing that didn't make me miserable!

Depends now bad your morning sickness is. I am on two prescriptions to help mine and the only thing I could really handle in the mornings was dry bagel.. Soo boring. Everyone is so different so it's kind of trial and error until you find something that works. I heard to eat high protein meal at nignt helps with morning sickness.. This doesn't work for me cause I haven't been able to eat a proper mean or anything for two weeks! Hope you find what works for you!

Ive read protein is the best thing for mornin sickness and it seemed to hold true for when I was getting a little nauseas but I hadn't thrown up yet, I was eating vector cereal and it helped. Made me more sick looking at it but afterwards I felt good. Also 5 years ago with my son I found oranges helped me. Like those large navel oranges it had something to do with adding a bit of liquid to my system and getting my blood sugar back up. I also take my prenatals at dinner time so they are in my system and start to break down over night and I don't end up throwing them up. I'm also staying away from things I'm finding are making me feel more ill, I had a piece of chocolate and it almost made me throw up, mint does it to for me apparently both my pregnancies now. You can also try having a fried egg sandwich, I loved those about 4 days ago and now I can't handle the smell.
