Painful Periods, Can't Take It Anymore!

anyone have advice?

I've been laid up in bed for two days, round the clock pamprin max (2 pills every 6 hours). nausea so bad I've barely eaten more than crackers and grapes (warning tmi!) diarrhea, moody, back pain. I feel like I have AF and the flu...only 3 hours of sleep!! I'm 19. I can't do this for 30 more years.

I want to go to a doctor but I feel they'll tell me to take ibuprofen and blow me off. it took 3 years of complaining about migraines before they gave me something that kind of helped. I feel so hopeless about it :(
