3 months without a period

I've been going on three months now without a period. I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant because all the tests have come out negative even including one from the Rachelhouse. I don't understand what is going on and my mom blows me off everytime I ask her to take me to the doctor .. What could be wrong with me? I've also having slight  nausea and cramps
