When to say af started
Should I put AF started today or yesterday? I started last night around 7 or so and was fairly light. But TMI put a tampon in before bed and AF is definitely here. :( So my question is should I put (in glow and fertility friend) that it started today or yesterday? I know its probably not that big of a deal really. Just curious.
