My period is a week late and idk

I took my first test this morning and it was negative. I was sure this was the month because I feel a little different. Gassy, headaches, bowel movement increased to 3x a day now...I just feel off...and hotflashes. I'm nauseas here and there not much. AF hasn't gave me any warnings it's coming yet. It was due June 7th. Could I still be in the running or just late they are usually regular and I go by two charts just to be safe
