How can I be extra protected against pregnancy?

I am currently a virgin and ready to have sex. My boyfriend and I have talked about the consequences that could happen. we both decided that we're ready. problem is I want to be as safe as I can be when I have sex. We are going to be using a condom along with the pull out method. I am just a little unsure about how safe I am. I do not want my parents figuring out my decision about sex but I want to be put on birth control so I can be extra protected against pregnancy. but I have no idea how to get it without my parents figure it out. any help?
