Extremely confused; ovulation

Okay so on on the 12 I got my pos opk. I bd the two days before, and the day I was having ovulation symptoms on the 12 including the cramping and sore boobs, yesterday I got a really strong pos opk on June 14th cycle day 14. My boobs seemed more heavy and I am continuing to be more emotional kind of like pms symptoms but what's really throwing me off is today's opk! WHAT IS GOING ON?​​June, 14th cd 14 June 15th cd 15 ​
