Certain symptoms you can't make up!!

My entire life I've struggled with acne on my face, shoulders, back, and chest. (Yes, I just named off four places. Gross, right?) Anyways, I woke up this morning and realized I don't have ONE pimple ANYWHERE on my body. AF is due Thursday. I got a BFN yesterday but I've been having tons of symptoms such as clear skin, fatigue, headaches, had mild cramps a few days ago, moodiness, metallic taste in my mouth, ect, ect. Most I've played off as them being in my head but you can't fake flawless skin on someone who had terrible skin. Anyone else not get a BFP till this late into their cycle????
