help please:(
ive been ttc for a month now, im new to this so dont know all the terminalogies, apologies. me and my partner have been doing it everyday since last week, weve had no trouble conceiving with our first. but today ive woken up really tired and have a sharp pinching pain right in the middle of my belly button and hip bone. if anyone has any ideas as to what it could be id really appreciate it before I book my doctors appointment, thanks
