Lifestyle changes in order to up my chances

Hi! I've just came across a post mentioning lifestyle changes in order to make TTC more realistic. 
Now, the past couple of years I've made lots of changes concerning my diet, which I usually stick to (occasionally of course I just let it slip for a day or two ;) e.g.
​ 
​- no more soft drinks
​- no more than 3 coffees a day and usually caffein-free
​- no or rarely pre-processed food
​- lots of fruite/vegetables/salads
​- less carbs/sugar
​- only good fats/oils
​- fresh cooking
​- more water
​- more tea (green or herbs)
​In spite of all this I constantly gained weight. I started to work out 4 times a week for an hour + 1 hour of yoga. Still not loosing any weight. 
​What else could I do to finally get rid of some pounds and improve my chances TTC?
