Why does this happen after sex....a bit groce but I wana check?!

I'm a bit curious as we've been TTC #1 for nearly a year now with no luck. We've tried all different positions, keeping my legs up afterwards and placing a cushion under my hips etc but no matter how long I keep still for afterwards I always get some of his 'juice' come back out! it's uncomfortable and annoying! Does this hinder our chances of conceiving or does it happen to everyone? Any help will be great ^_^
