Endometriosis excitement

Anyone else with endometriosis get excited when their period is normal to others meaning not painful and very light I thought it was weird 4.5 days and I'm done with no pain and no heavy bleeding my DH was very happy for me when I was complaining of any pain this period normally it's unbearable but for once it wasn't! So for all of you with endometriosis it's possible I've been diagnosed for 3 years now and have had 4 surgeries to relieve the pains just hanging in there till I get my bfp now!! Hopefully it's my month I've deff prayed for it ??✨✨✨
