Implantation takes 10/12 days after ovulation

Lori • 16 yrs old and after having 5 miscarriages and not being pregnant this time iv lost hope, myb ill never have kids :(
Because implatantation takes 10/12 days after ovulation does that mean I can take a pregnancy test as early as then or should I just really wait till I miss my period ?? :)
