BBT rise/fall

Ok so never had this before.

​Started clomid this cycle. I got my positive opk 2 almost 3 days ago got my temp spike yesterday morning. My temps before ovulation range between 97.3-97.5ish and I spiked to 98.10 yesterday. This morning I dropped back down to 97.81. Idk if it's because my OB said I had 4 eggs that were going to drop or what but I'm confussed as to why my temp dropped back down. Any advice would be helpful.
