I'm currently pregnant 7 weeks and today I flaked out on my husband because I found out he's watching porn .. I had asked him not too .. Am I overreacting ? Is it to he hormones ? .. It really upsets me though it's "normal"

I've had the "no porn" rule in my home for YEARS and when I went on vacation my husband broke that rule. I was upset. But we talked about it. I told him I am not happy about it.  It makes me feel inadequate... Like I'm not enough for him.  He said he'd like some photos of me instead of some random porno girl... So that's how we compromised. Maybe talk to your guy and let him know how you are feeling about it. Suggest that you take photos for him, that way you aren't as hurt when he uses them. At least then it's you and not a strange porn star right?

It's normal. Try watching with him, but on other hand be glad he's watching porn and not engaging in sexual encounters on internet or with someone else

My husband watches porn when I  not in the mood. It's no big deal for either of us. I know that it is always his second choice. It would only be a problem for me if it started to become his first.

It all depends on how you feel. You shouldn't base your feelings on what's considered 'normal'. What's normal and socially acceptable to the majority does not mean it's normal or acceptable for all of us. Personally, my husband and I don't watch it. We feel it creates lust for others rather than focusing that energy on each other. But, again, that's us.

I think it's normal. I mean like everything else, moderation is key. I'm sure you being upset about it is kind of embarrassing for him. I think if you set healthy boundaries with it and communicate it can be a healthy outlet. Sometimes it's hard to understand if you don't enjoy it as much as he does... But guys think about sex ALL the time! Anytime you can communicate through differences can be a huge relationship builder.

I'd say it's normal, to an extent: if he's CONSTANTLY watching it and has like hundreds of movies on his computer or whatever then I'd be concerned ?

If it's a big deal but he wants to continue watching it, why don't you watch it together? I never really understood why my DH wanted to watch it but some of it is not all that bad. We used to watch it together and then after a while you forget it's on!! :) haven't watched for a while tho xx
