Sleeping positions?

Is it okay to sleep on my belly or lay on my belly at 7 weeks pregnant? I don't wanna hurt my little bean!

Yah it's fine. You'll eventually be unable to sleep on you belly lol so you'll just stop. At that point with my son I started putting a pillow between my knees/thighs to keep my hips at the same level or else I be in discomfort.

I have still be sleeping on my tummy but I try to prop up one leg so I don't have complete body pressure on my tummy and I'm almost 13 weeks : )

It's perfectly fine. A you move in to the second and third trimesters it's better to sleep in your side because on your back the weight of the baby puts pressure on the aortic artery that moves the majority of your blood around. For now tummy sleeping should be fine. You'd be amaZed how safe your bean is in his or her little pillow home.

I heard that it's ok. I would ask your doctor. I have just been sleeping on my side only.
