Natural birth control

I am really enjoying using Glow to tracks period but I have some questions. I have been tracking for about 4 months having come off contraceptive injections which had some nasty side effects. I want to know when I (or if I should)start having sex without barrier protection? My partner is very supportive of this method but using condoms is a drag in the heat of the moment. Does anyone have advice for me?
