please help.

my boyfriend and I had sex yesterday without protection and last night some blood and clear discharge came out. I read somewhere that happens when you conceiv but it usally takes a few days. we have sex at lest once a week and was wandering if theres a chance I could be pregnant or if its something I shouldnt even worry about. please help me.
