7 dpo help

So I'm 7 dpo and I feel like I have cramping but more of pressure feeling. I also have a migraine, but it's more towards the right of my head. **i usually only cramp the day before my period and never get headaches or migraines** also, I had a sore throat this morning, almost felt like I had a lot mucus In my mouth, and it's a little better now since I've been drinking lots of water.
