tmi (pic) implantation?

Question

12 DPO, is this implantion bleeding?
​I have PCOS and haven't had a natural period in 5 years. I had one period that was medically forced 2 months ago. this bloody CM happened only this one time and never after that. and it was only when I wiped. it hasn't happened again. have had early pregnancy symptoms since 5 DPO, but BFN tests for the last 4 days. what do you think?

It's possible the symptoms you had were due to the rise in progesterone after ovulation, instead of pregnancy, which could explain the BFns. I would test again though in a few days if you still don't get AF! If they were actually pregnancy symptoms that means the pregnancy hormones are in your blood and they'd likely register on a pregnancy test!
