Ovulated on CD 9 - so frustrated

I normally have 23 day cycle which I was told doesn't give the egg enough time to develop. While I normally ovulate at around CD 11 or 12 this month I ovulated on CD 9 and if my calculations are right my cycle will be only 21 days - I'm so frustrated.

What can I do to make my cycle last longer?
