The croup virus .

Okay so LO woke up last night with a barking cough , he hasn't coughed much but when he does it sounds nasty . When he cried though it sounds horrible . It would be a weekend that he came down with something . I'm planning in taking in to the pediatrician in the morning , but it worried me so bad ! I feel like he has the croup . Any advise on what I could to to help him breathe better ?
