Suddenly longer and irregular cycle

I had a miscarriage last June and have since had very regular 28 day cycles until 3 months ago when my period was 13 days late. I thought for sure I was pregnant but NOPE. I had a 41 day cycle. The next month I had a 38 day cycle, and last month a 34 day cycle. Glow says I should currently be ovulating but my mucus is too thick. I have also had a recurring issues with itching around the vulva and anus but no yeast infection and the cause is unknown. I have been using hydrocortisone and it's the only thing that makes me feel better.
