2 days of spotting before AF...question
I started spotting 2 days before AF. Both times in the evening right before bed - brown spotting. Next morning I woke up to AF. I just want to confirm from an expert: the day I experienced AF flow is cycle day 1, correct? (Not the days I saw spotting?). Thank you for your help!
