When to take a pregnancy test?

Im confused on this whole taking a pregnancy test thing. I am TTC but I've heard that your suppose to take a PT the day of your missed period then I hear your not suppose to take a PT until your AF is 2 weeks late...... help please? How many DPO am I suppose to wait before I test? And what brands are best? Thanks

I really like dollar tree pregnancy tests. They detect 25miu/ml which is lower levels than most of the spendy name brand ones. It is best to wait until day of missed period.... You can look up charts online that show what detection levels are on each test. Good luck ! Clear blue easy plus detects 25 miu/ ml and this is what box says on testing early​I would save money and stick with test from dollar tree. It's just as accurate and less money!

You can test even before a missed period,but to be more accurate you can take one the day of your missed period,you don't have to wait two weeks! That's maybe back in the 50s not now with these ultra sensitive tests

Pink die ones or digital. You can test about 12dpo or the day of a missed period. Some earlier some later.
