Implantation bleeding or period
Can anyone help i spotted for one day a few hours actually about 9 days before my period was due, i only noticed it when wiping , it was bright pink/red colour and there wasn;t even enough to seep onto my underwear, it was a minimal amount and thats the only time it happened lasted one day.
