I'd recommend it! I wish I'd started 2mo ago when we began this journey instead of last week. It seems daunting at first but it's super easy. Takes less than a minute. Make sure you get a basal therm.

Yep!! And it really helps you feel like you can understand your body and find a method to "the madness" lol. Once you start the process it becomes a habit and less like a chore :) good luck!!
