TMI pic- new to checking CM

I know it's gross but I have no clue what I am doing with any of this!! Any of you ladies who are well seasoned in this able to tell me if this means O is here? That's about the farthest it stretches.

Also I tried checking my cervix but don't really know what it should feel like. I have to stick my index finger like completely up there to feel something which I assume is my cervix and it is a little bit squishy.

Help please!!
