Fingers crossed

Mazie • Wed, Jun 25 • Im 28 were trying to conceive for my 2nd child and his 5th, we have been trying off and on for 3 years

We have been trying for almost a year , and not had any luck, well i had to have 3 cyst removed from my left ovary in may and i should have started by the 8th of June and im now 18 days late, could i be pregnant or could the surgery be causing this
