TMI pic - could this be implantation bleeding?

I'm 5 days after ovulating and I've been cramping terribly for 2 days, I've been gassy, sore breasts and nipples, I'm not due for my period for another two weeks or so and I'm regular. My boyfriend and I just started trying for a baby this month -- anyways, I went to the bathroom earlier and when I wiped this is what I saw. what could it be? It's way too early for AF. Thanks in advance ladies!
