Subchorionic Hematoma

I'm 6w2d and was having some pretty sharp, right sided pain. I work in an ER and sweet talked our ultrasound tech into taking a peak to make sure the baby was not ectopic. Good news, baby is in my uterus. Bad news, it appears I have a subchorionic bleed and a very large ovarion cyst. Im so anxious about the bleed. I haven't had any spotting or cramping this pregnancy. I had 2 very large SCH (subchorionic bleeds) with my son, 9 years ago, but I'm so anxious. Any advice? Experience?
