Stuck between boys

So I've been with my boyfriend for 3 and half years we got a baby but I just don't think I have feelings for him any more I've been speaking to someone for about a year now that is actually interested in my life. My boyfriend just goes out all the time doesn't work or help with the baby and when he does it feels like he's being made to I can't rembere the last time we do something tougher :( I'm so up set I just don't no what to do I ask him if he wants to go for dinner or a walk or cinema he just says no really confused and so up set
