Increase of CM a sign of pregnancy? *tmi* NO PICTURES

So I went to use the restroom & when I wiped there was a ton of cm down there it was creamy white but I could see the egg white type in there too. I normally do not produce this much which is why I know it is something different. I recently stopped the BCP to ttc & had a with Drawal bleed for 4 days & my usual period is now 6 days late. I haven't noticed any pregnancy symptoms besides a sore back which I believe was just my muscles being sore from working out & I've been a little tired lately. I planned on testing about a week from now b/c I don't want to do it too soon. Would it be ok to take one now?
