I've got the TTC blues

I'm on CD 58, I got a BFN on a wondfo this morning. I just bought some vitex this week, but I don't want to start it til AF comes bc I'd feel bad if I started it and was actually pregnant. A coworker suggested I get a blood hcG done, but I'm cheap and a $50 BFP would hurt more than a $10 BFN. I don't know what day I ovulated (or of I did) bc I have yet to see a pos opk since quitting nuva ring in Nov '13. I saw an NP (Tricare) on CD 12 and she won't give me a referral until I've suffered through two more LONG cycles. Last (& longest) cycle was 50 cd.
