Sex and 11 weeks pregnant

Hey, I'm 20 years old and 11 weeks pregnant. My boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex all the time now since we found out that I was pregnant already at 4 weeks, sometimes rough. No physical pain. At first he was self conscious having sex with me, either harming me or harming my baby. I've been told by my obgyn and friends that it's safe and alright for me to have sex while I'm pregnant. Since I've been pregnant I've had bacterial vaginitis, which was treated with clindeese, an vaginal antibiotic cream. Lately I've been having large amounts of CM, with small amounts of spotting. It feels just like I'm getting my period. Is it possible to get my period when I'm pregnant? I always thought not. Is it possible that my discharge of CM is because of having unprotected sex? This is a real crazy question, but when I do have unprotected sex and my boyfriend ejaculates inside me vaginally what does all his semen do inside me? Do they know that I'm pregnant? lol Do they still travel instinctively up through my cervix looking to impregnate me? I'm just curious what they might be doing inside me already pregnant? I feel so silly asking, but does anybody know?
