Anyone else discover they have a hematoma?

We got to see our little sweet pea today. We got to see it's little heart beat. Everything looks great except I found out I have a hematoma on my uterus. They think it's from implantation and I'm not allowed to have sex until my next sonogram they said it's common but not normal anyone have more info? I was too overwhelmed by seeing the sonogram to think of questions. ​

I had two subchorionic hematomas on both sides of the sac when I was exactly 8weeks with my son. Sudden, heavy bright red bleeding. No cramps. Bed rest for a week, and continued on with a normal, healthy pregnancy. My son was born at 37.5 weeks at 8.1lbs. Good luck!

I'm pregnant again but I have another bloodclot too? its much smaller and further away from the baby this time so fingers crossed I will be able to keep this one.

I had one last year with my son. I had had one day of light spotting around 10 weeks, then nothing. It was diagnosed at 16 weeks, and at the next scan 20 weeks it had completely resolved. My doc told me that they are somewhat common and that it would just be something to keep an eye on.

I was experiencing light bleeding at 6 weeks and u/s found a small one. But, my midwife said it wasn't too worrisome, and since that week I haven't had experienced any bleeding and they say everything looks great. So relieved! Most resolve on their own, especially small to moderate in size. The larger are a bit more concerning apparently, but can still resolve with bed rest, etc.

Im soooo happy I found this! I nedd someone to talk about this. I have one too! I was 5w3d when the dr discover the hematoma. :( i have been in bed rest for 2w, and No sex. Im taking progesterone, 2/day. 
​We have our next appt this monday at 7w2d... i have not bleed any time, so, I think  thats good. (Hopefully) ​this is my baby.

I've noticed a lot of you being prescribed progesterone. Did the doctor tell you why? I was not given that for mine it wasn't even mentioned.

​I told you I would keep you posted but it isn't good ?sadly our little one died at 9weeks.I just found out yesterday.Due to the sch near the placenta ?it was just too much for our little one to handle.

I am currently 7weeks pregnant and have one too :-( my doctor said it was quite serious and put me on complete bed and pelvic rest... Scared to death of losing our little one.
​I already miscarried in november and we've been trying for 1year an 3months so I'm just devastated about it.Anyone had a good outcome?
​What did your doctor tell you to do to make it heal better?I'm also taking progesterone.
